基本台鐵本身是不可能用捷運心態跑基隆南港，能做早就做了。。。所以我才會想台鐵應該直接給兩軌轉換單去做區域捷運，然後這段台鐵直接單軌南下北上運作，太魯閣與普悠瑪之類的快車，中間不停站快速通過，排的好應該也可以有相當的運量，再不行就是以價制量或客運到宜蘭轉乘。台灣人口只會越來越少，城市吸引的效益會讓這些偏站根本無經營效益更明顯(快車這些站也早也不停了)，錢做北宜直鐵還比較有意義，必竟台東到台北就減20-30分鐘就大概三小時，和高鐵台北左營慢車的2小時也相去不遠了。。。
