27W CFL 換成 9W LED 光通量(lm)通常也會降低吧
雖然 LED 發光效率(lm/W)比 CFL 高，不過瓦數拉大實得照度(lm/m2)應會降低

理論上是這樣沒錯，不過人的眼睛很好騙的~~
