我的房子去年繳房屋稅 $ 3803 美金. 
2013 年底 $335,000 買的. 現在的稅基是 $348,534 ( 加州 規定是 1年最多只能漲 2% )...
所以會說中華民國萬萬稅的應該沒有住過美國. |
所以窮爸爸富爸爸作者才會說房子是債不是資產~~所以對退休或無收入來說，貴的根本不是3C或食物之類消費品，而會是這些稅與基水電瓦斯費，不用都要錢，想省都省不了，通膨卻是漲第一。。。樓主這算輕了，當房稅是一兩萬多就會超有感的。
