麻煩熟悉Excel 或是其他圖表製作軟體的朋友請進~ 感謝!
想請問熟悉 Excel 或是其他圖表製作軟體的朋友
小弟最近想設計一個表單
可以輸入病患驗血結果資料後 將結果用橫條圖的方式表現出來
方便一眼就可以看出哪些數值有問題
就像附件裡的那樣子
我試了 openoffice 的 Calc , 可能是我不會設定
都沒辦法畫出像照片裡的圖表
只好上來向各位請教  多謝大家了!!!
