所以 SP1+KB3020369
就可以上 KB3161608 ~ 之後更新就很順了
實測3台筆電 皆更新到最新 HotFix

剛才重裝回win7 sp1 (已經被win10的中文輸入煩死了!)
也是先裝KB3020369 再裝 KB3161608.
然後目前是 166個重要更新 (680.1MB )下載中..
