檢驗報告是鋇劑流速測試
因患者說肚子脹氣很難受,於是去做了這個測驗
檢查結果似乎是正常的
但該患者本身也有一些精神疾病
所以我們在推測類似體化症,轉移症等
加上患者本身似乎也有感情因素

自覺徵候:

檢查發現:
stationary condition stayed at home , excercise,
claimed good attention and concentration , no more paranoia , and
fearful BW gain about 5-6kg , but no change recently
wants to taper medication
agrees to taper but taper slowly (87 151
雖然人已經走了,就算找到什麼蛛絲馬跡似乎也無濟於事
但總是要找到原因,畢竟我們身邊的人一定也有疏忽
看著這些資料,心理也難過了起來
