我大略看了一下，請強者提供流暢的翻譯。

我的理解是，接觸首重意圖，如果不是故意朝著持球的手背大力打下去(我想多數裁判會裁定是故意的)，可能不會吹判(還要考量圓柱體，防守動作是否連續…等等)。

如果在封阻或抄球(文中沒有明確指出，是我個人解讀)中，同時接觸到球和手(手指、手掌)，而且目標很顯然是球，則不會吹判。

當然我的理解不一定完全正確，有錯請指正。
