這根本就不是nba的規則！
我翻遍了nba跟fiba的規則
都沒有明文寫，手掌是球的一部分
既然規則沒有，那這個解釋是怎麼來得？
我猜不就是有人一直問位啥某某某那樣抄球不算犯規嗎？
你要麻引規則，我是不太懂放這個解釋是釋了什麼？
那又為什麼不把手掌是球的一部分，白紙黑字加進規則明文說明？？
反而規則沒有的東西，另外開一個專版解釋，這真的太奇怪了
fiba的作法就是，有疑慮有問題的會修正，然後重新公布
比賽前就會讓你知道基於哪一年修訂的規則
另外對你來說，有球員在板凳席上笑，然後被吹
這樣是正常的嗎？
還是鄧肯不夠大牌？換句話說

大牌球員如司機，走20步還不被吹
默默無名或新進菜鳥，走三步被吹，是他們活該囉？誰叫他們不是LBJ？
