看過這事件想起之前在國外開車，就看過一個十字路口直線與右轉的車撞上．直線車想闖黃燈未減速，右轉車在待轉區也想趁這最後右轉，而當時雙方的視野也比這事故好很多．當時最後責任歸屬我是不知，但是很肯定的是，就算一切環境良好，人都會因經驗而有誤判產生，直線車對黃燈與對向車沒有防禦措施，而右轉車對未超速直行的車速安全距離也會誤判，這也是市區有限速的原因，因為不管對錯，最終是速度在致死或傷．當時國外路考，到最後一關，讓路規規則已不是重點，因為是基本，考的反是認知可能危險與避免措施，因此經過校區或醫院沒減到限速一半下場就是直接被當，過路口之類雖然不需減速，但是要留意可能的危險，不管是對方是靜或動，當被問答不出滿意的下場也是被當．這些用意就是就便有路權，駕駛也有必要與責任避免可能非自身錯的車禍．
