看過這事件想起之前在國外開車,就看過一個十字路口直線與右轉的車撞上.直線車想闖黃燈未減速,右轉車在待轉區也想趁這最後右轉,而當時雙方的視野也比這事故好很多.當時最後責任歸屬我是不知,但是很肯定的是,就算一切環境良好,人都會因經驗而有誤判產生,直線車對黃燈與對向車沒有防禦措施,而右轉車對未超速直行的車速安全距離也會誤判,這也是市區有限速的原因,因為不管對錯,最終是速度在致死或傷.當時國外路考,到最後一關,讓路規規則已不是重點,因為是基本,考的反是認知可能危險與避免措施,因此經過校區或醫院沒減到限速一半下場就是直接被當,過路口之類雖然不需減速,但是要留意可能的危險,不管是對方是靜或動,當被問答不出滿意的下場也是被當.這些用意就是就便有路權,駕駛也有必要與責任避免可能非自身錯的車禍.
