好不LDS了, 補充一下額外的資訊, 美國加州戴維斯分校橄欖中心2010年所做的測試其實就指出了油品可檢驗的標準值, 以及進口到美國的義大利橄欖油品失敗率

檢驗是有標準可依循的
Standards for DAGs and PPP were developed by the German Fat and Oil Society (DGF) and were recently adopted by the German government and the Australian Olive Association (AOA) as useful tools to assess olive oil quality
這次檢驗指要針對的是PPP(Pyropheophytins)含量過高(可能有添加銅葉綠素)和 DAGs過低(表示已經氧化, 品質低落)等問題
可以直接看頁碼第8頁表格裡的Results就行了, PPP/DAGs failed rate =86%.
