另外記者問FBI 這是否是IS 首次攻擊美國?FBI 官員沒有正面回答，只說正在調查是否和恐怖主義的行為有關，目前是沒有證據顯示槍手有跟任何恐怖組織有所聯繫

FBI 目前只定義是act of terrorism 跟terrorist attacks 還是不同
