1992年，台灣經濟一片大好，但治安亂七八糟，警察吃案嚴重...家人灰心舉家移民到澳洲
2002年大學畢業，澳洲失業率突破8%，工作難找，丟了履歷石沉大海，但台灣104一登記資料後當天就有十家公司找我回台灣面試，一個月內敲定工作，隔年薪水就有澳洲中上水平，當然就留在台灣了...
2013年，年紀大了，從第一線退下，回到澳洲做簡單的工作...然後發現...靠夭!!房地產怎麼貴成這樣!!?

沒有錯, 人的力量能力其實是很有限的.....這就和股票一樣, 當趨勢來的時候, 要好你擋都擋不住, 逆勢的下場, 就算你再有能力, 要大好也不容易. 在十幾年前, 沒有人會想到澳洲薪資會變一兩倍......其實不只你這樣, 有親友去美國的, 都不會想到澳幣大於美元的狀況
