被捅發現疑似腫瘤...
化驗出來後, 似乎是大腸癌..
上禮拜又檢查..
在被捅, CT...

IMP: Sigmoid colon cancer carcinoma T3-4aN1bM1b according to AJCC staging system, 7th edition.
Colon, sigmoid, 25 cm from anal verge, biopsy, please see report.

The specimen submitted consists of a piece of mucosal tissue measuring 0.3 cm in greatest dimension.
All for section.

Microscopically, the section shows a piece of mucosal tissue with chronic inflammation in the stroma and the epithelium is unremarkable. There are only few tiny fragments of dysplastic epithelial cells present in the specimen, but no frankly invasive neoplasm is seen. Please correlate with clinical finding and other investigations to determine whether the lesion is obtained and its definite nature.

疑似惡性, 醫師判斷後..
腸阻塞
(疑似) 乙狀結腸惡性腫瘤..
已移轉肝、肺......
腸子腫瘤大約~7cm......
09/14安排住院, 然後開刀...

起因飲食不正常, 鮮少攝取纖維食物...
喜愛吃肉..
以前建議他買一些益生菌、酵素, 不肯....
最近身體開始還債了..
然後, 沒有"醫療險和癌症險"...

小弟怕死, 去年已經被捅一次(先前做了超音波、胃鏡、x光顯影..)..
健康沒異狀, 只是可恨的痔瘡.....
