那個MCE/Economy+是要拿來額外賣錢的啦... 
美國航空公司的確有免費給人升等的權利跟習慣，
（包括X卡會員，行動不便人士，或是轉國際線旅客)
但是那個多出來的幾寸空間，我是懷疑這樣狗就塞的下啦.
美國航空業的這種東西跟亞洲搞出來的豪華經濟艙完全不是一個等級的.

382.81(c) For a passenger with a disability traveling with a service animal, you must provide, as the passenger requests, either a bulkhead seat or a seat other than a bulkhead seat.
382.117(c) If a service animal cannot be accommodated at the seat location of the passenger with a disability who is using the animal, you must offer the passenger the opportunity to move with the animal to another seat location, if present on the aircraft, where the animal can be accommodated.
其實第一案爭議還很多吧
