我溝通是覺絕對沒問題的,只是一個月要公司花7K在美國請人,還要負擔有的沒的我想公司不會同意的,而且依照美國人的工作習慣,我相信一台機器裝個3個月不是問題,我相信如果請一個美國人要來接我應該是10K美跑不掉,我美其名是在裝機根本就是在修機,還外加還要兼一下製程工程師幫他們編一下recipe
不過明天要跟客戶去看他女兒打高中藍球還蠻興奮的,來美國看NBA , 大聯盟 遜, 看大蘿莉打藍球 Awesome

看公司規模吧, 有長期在那經營, 開間分公司那請當地人合理...不過老外不加班, 德國佬五點閃人, 台勞深夜12點
