我之前公司也是差不多這價，在德國，還要美金用換歐元（歐元當時比現在貴）．．．記得美國當時差不多也與歐洲同價．比較好的是，公司在德國有點，所以自煮啥都可以自來，因此只要不旅遊或額外花費，一星期存個一萬台幣是沒問題，因此駐那會比在台灣做RD薪資要高（出差費記得是免稅）．很多長期待在那的同事，回台還會跑單幫賺外快．不過如果無法太多自理，那補助就真的很緊，有時搞不好還倒貼．不過有家室或年邁父母的對出這種差就沒啥興趣，誘因不足．
不看好樓主能談到啥，好一點就談到多點分紅或高點薪資，不會改規章的．如果是好差事，大家搶著去．
