在我國高階主管薪資是算還好，慘的是基層的薪資，一比較後多數國人會吐血的。

高階主管一點也不好, 只是壓下面的讓他們看來有購買力...殘酷的事實是, 競爭力不足, 基層薪資上來, 高階主管上不去就等於減薪. 親人外商藥廠經理就說過, 台灣加薪是亞洲最後~~~
