以我淺薄的知識來回一下煮牛奶這件事好了
1.看報導他只說熬牛奶5-6個小時 並沒說這5-6個小時都是在煮沸狀態
有可能只是長時間維持在60度左右的高溫
2.沒人在賣煮牛奶的飲品
這句話大概只在台灣成立 至於其他地方嘛...
至少我在國外有喝過印度奶茶及英式鍋煮奶茶.. 等加入煮過牛奶的飲品
(但是不會煮到5-6個小時這麼久 大概就是將牛奶倒入煮茶鍋裡加熱個2分鐘左右)

也許不是沸騰5-6小時，不過以我的認知來說，
如果只是維持在60度的溫度，是不是應該說是保溫
而不是 熬煮 呢 ？
