自從我繳過9%的房貸利息後.
現在這種升息已經無感了.
以前那段9%的時候.真是不堪回首的記憶 
一年光利息都可以繳幾十萬. |
我記得小時候我親戚的房貸利率好像高達 11% 左右
當時大家都認為買房是很困難的事情!!!!
