其實我看跌我希望房市跌, 但是天總是不從我願...  |
簡單來說 台北 新北 房價有支撐 要跌不容易
不過自住還行，投資的話現在已經不是那麼好的時機了
通常當大家還在希望房價跌時 就表示還有支撐
當大家不再討論房價時， 這時才是真的谷底~
另外現在 2-3 % 的利率根本是超低利率，尤其是公務員甚至可以拿到 1.75%
就算調升了一碼 對之前賺了不少的投資客大戶還是不痛不癢
反而苦的是一般小資買房族
估計放款利率要調到 6% 以上時，房價才會真的往下崩
但是一旦利率調到 6% 又會有其他相關問題出現
央行總裁真的要考慮很多，畢竟經濟的東西是牽一髮動全身
沒辦法只針對某一項目做考量~
