deluge 免安裝版:

Download the installer and extract to a folder of your choice.

delete the "$PLUGINSDIR" folder and move the files and folders inside "$_OUTDIR" to the root (.exe) folder

Launch deluge.exe with "-c data" (replace "data" with whatever you wanna name the folder) parameter so that it saves settings inside the program folder
