提供一下歐洲聯盟統計局提供的各會員國的電力費用，
裏面有一般用電、工業用電、一年兩季、不同用電量等各種電價，
我認為這是比較公開有公信力的數字。
因為是資料庫的原因，無法直接提供連結，

接下來是選一般用電及工業用電

進入資料庫後主要有兩個選項，
一個是一年的總用電量，我選的是2500 kWh 到 5000 kWh，
因為另一個連結有說到這是一般中型家庭的耗電量。
medium size household consumers (Consumption Band Dc with annual consumption between 2500 and 5000 kWh)
另一個選項是要不要把各種附加稅和減免計入，
我有比對過另一個資料庫，
這個 All taxes and levies included 價位是已經把電網費用計入，
結果如下圖，單位應該是 歐元/kWh，圖中 unit 部份我想是打錯了。
如果資料庫選 annual data，可以看到歐盟的電費有三項組成。
