加拿大應該不致於。。。。我看到的是，老外的"真"富豪，是不想與一般人住的，多半自己圈地為王，享受品質，離一般人越遠越好，說真的影響不了普通人的房價。亞洲的富豪不一樣，母國本身那生活多沒那環境，到國外一般三、四百萬(當地貨幣)大概多就滿足了(地點、治安、大小等)，這也多半是高階精華區、好區的價而已，但這時亞洲富豪本身也不會想往上升等，他們多半就在精華區掃貨了，和在原母國玩的一樣。在加上亞洲人通常喜歡住一起(看看帝寶)，更快加速區域被同樣亞洲富豪買起來(看看台北)。如果你是西方本來可以買階精華區、好區的經理人白領，很快你就會被擠出去了。西方魯蛇亞洲富豪也是不會影響到，因為亞洲人一定會探聽哪是好區、壞區，不會到貧民窟掃貨。
