Samsung去年3月在首爾中區地院狀告Apple iPad 4、iPhone 4S、iPhone 5專利侵權其三項技術，本月13日，判決出爐，飲恨。

The court said two of the three technologies constituted no technical advance, having already been used in devices before smartphones came along, and the third was not adopted by Apple.
