慕尼黑地院首席法官Andreas Müller裁決，HTC的Android智慧機侵犯到Nokia專利EP1246071（"method of configuring electronic devices", a key USB-related (but not standard-essential) patent.），相關機種在德國境內禁止販售。HTC仍可上訴，期間只要Nokia提供6800萬鎂保證金，便可執行禁售令。

Even though this patent is of concern to all Android device makers, Google did not intervene.
