辦事處在管制區內，新聞也說了，要由機場櫃檯聯絡才能申辦
不是你去到桃機想辦就可以辦的 
沒有黨證的朋友真要出國的話還是不要去試這項"便民措施"
到時候被拒絕，整個行程泡湯就好笑了XDD
