我是覺得啦，
若現在有台灣人在國外發生意外身亡
在台家屬緊急前往，到了機場想辦緊急護照，
結果前面有900個鄉民，那真正要用這種緊急護照的人，豈不是被鄉民正義害慘了??
該批的是特權，跟抱狗腿的人，而不是阻饒有可能真正要用緊急護照的人...

外交部已經先講了，桃機這邊一天頂多只能作 20 本護照∼∼
現在風頭上當然要做幾個case 出來給媒體拍拍
等到風頭過了，民眾想去申請時，不管何時去辦
承辦人員只要說 "不好意思，今天的申請件數已經超過 20 件，請自行到領務局申辦"
就一切 ok 啦~~
如有遇到你說的那種緊急狀況再真正收件就好啦~~
