亂停車可以檢舉
台南市政府有網頁可上傳("號稱"可匿名..建議不要用真實資料去檢舉,這政府天知道會發生啥事)
檢舉過三件亂停車
兩件成功
一件失敗(公園路公園國小前某台BMW X5)
失敗的這個case很特殊
這台BMW長期紅線違停,檢舉過兩次
承辦警員一直以無法判定是否為臨停而不開單(紅線不就不能臨停嗎?)
強烈懷疑此台車主身份.

檢舉這種違規不能只拍後面，
車頭也要一張，而且要清楚拍到駕駛座裡沒人，
這樣才能檢舉成功
