不知道...怎麼克服衛生問題的?
例如菌和寄生蟲之類的..
不然我也好想自己動手做...  |
溫度控制好，細菌問題可以避免。
如果你要生食，寄生蟲就無解了，
不過反正海獸胃線蟲不會在人身上繁殖，頂多造成急性腹痛。
真的出現症狀再到醫院去用胃視鏡將蟲體抓出來就好啦
