我剛剛也對布丁可以保存多久好奇,所以上網查了一下有沒有資料 (台灣那種比較接近flan,就是焦糖布丁)
I disagree. I have eaten flan that's been covered and refrigerated for 2 weeks. It was still tasty and it didn't upset my stomach at all.
In fact, when the flan hit 3 weeks, it still tasted good, but after eating a piece my stomach definitely made some weird noises.. Therefore, I would not recommend eating it after 1 - 2 weeks.

其實對於天然食物的保存,大概日常生活已經漸漸依賴人工添加物了
所以自然以為非人工添加物,想當然爾一定很短....其實未必
有回一票人去法國人加做客,吃crepe。她的果醬也是home made
於是我就問,home made 保存期限會比較短吧! 3~6個月? (我猜)
她說,其實不會,如果殺菌過程有做好,一年以上不會有問題.....
