不過小弟任職的公司算是信用良好
可以藉由公司的力量貸到1.5%左右。
但每上述的每月支付5萬上下真的太有壓力了。
手邊的現金全部拿去買房，萬一及需要現金的話就無法周轉了

我覺得你還要考慮到利率調升的問題~~
現在利率也許可以在2%以下~~~
但是十年後還依然會是 2% 嘛???
如果利率變成 6% 時~ 你的薪資有可能跟著調升到你可以負擔房貸的地步嘛??
這個部分我認為你也要考慮進去!!
