請教一下房仲業的專家，
買賣房屋最多賺幾成？感謝..

不一定~~正常來說 ~ 仲介費約在 6% 左右~~
但是有的仲介會跟賣方講好 讓賣方可以實拿多少錢~~
假設賣方可以實拿 1200 萬~
仲介以 1500萬 賣出~ 那多出來的 300 萬就是仲介賺的~~
甚至有的仲介會找人頭用低價買~
然後再用高價轉手賣出~~ 中間賺更多~~
