當然舉證是檢舉人的責任~~
但是也沒有法條說你證據不足不能去檢舉~~~
就像很多人在路上拍到有人亂丟菸蒂 ~ 可是把照片送去檢舉就是被打回票~~
可能就是車牌無法辨識或是其他原因~~
所以 檢舉 跟 檢舉成功 根本就是兩件事.........
