力成收購超豐涉內線 檢調約談

（中央社記者劉世怡台北2013年3月21日電）檢調接獲檢舉指超豐公司經理與大華證券副總經理得知力成公司將溢價收購超豐，涉嫌內線交易買股賺暴利。檢調今天進行約談。
超豐 (2441) 公告表示，檢調今天到公司瞭解民國100年力成 (6239) 公開收購案一事，調閱公司某特定員工相關資料，與營運及業務無涉，公司已配合提供相關資料，並協助檢調單位釐清案情，同時維護員工合法權益。
台北地檢署日前接獲檢舉指出，超豐在100年12月15日在公開資訊觀測站公布重大消息，力成公司將以每股25.28元收購超豐股票，在公布重大消息之前，負責承辦收購業務的大華證券黃姓副總經理及超豐公司陳姓經理涉嫌內線交易大舉買進超豐股票。
辦案人員經蒐證後發現，黃女與陳男均未用自己帳戶買股，懷疑...
