中華電信之前已經講過,原則上就是不影響收益的情況下,提升速率
也就是盡量不改變跟客戶收的錢,來提升
舉例
10M繳1200 -> 20M 還是繳12XX,(不願升速的10M繳10XX)
....
懂吧! 這是寡占下的經營策略,堤升速率可以,降價免談
