錄影証明了女方部分說法並非事實，對那些愛玩危險遊戲的人而言足資警惕.
即使男方自認你情我願，上法院時光這樣講並不足以抗辯，而是要有你情我願的証據
才會被法官採信. 以這個案例而言，即使是一對一且牽手進宿舍，但女方自行離開男方
仍可能倒大霉，更何況是多對一且女方自行離開.
曾有案例男方覺得你情我願但被告性侵，但電梯監視器錄到雙方一同離開且有說有笑，
X組長眉頭一皺，發現案情並不單純  |
女方好像不是自行離開~~~
而是另外兩個學弟其中一位幫忙叫了計程車之後~
送女方到宿舍門口上車離開的~~
另外舉證責任不是在檢察官那邊嗎??? 因為是女方提告的.....
所以我才會說 這件案子最後會不會有事 ~ 就要看他們請的律師功力夠不夠了∼∼∼
