這我實在沒辦法回答你~~ 可能問農委會比較清楚~~
畢竟牽扯到採購藥品....
問題二
犬貓都有規定要植晶片的~ 只是貓都不會出來外面溜~~
所以取締不到~~ 因此取締重點就放在狗身上~~
