我表列的都是以每次建議的服用顆數標示的劑量，而非以顆數 (serving size 2 or 3 caplets, not per caplet)
同份數的move free來說他的葡萄糖胺幾乎都是相同的，差別就在於前面所說，綠色多加MSM、藍色多加MSM及維他命D、紅色是基本款。
不管是綠色120顆還是綠色、藍色80顆，他的服用天數都是40天，成分標的也都是每次服用的劑量(2顆或3顆為一次劑量上面會寫)。
綠色之所以超值，不是因為他顆數多，而是他比基本款多加了MSM，但價格卻比紅色款便宜將近3~4USD
