然後呢??? 現在重點在於動保員沒有權力~~
就算成立了動保院~~對於動物保護根本沒幫助.....
就算動保員發現有人虐待動物又怎樣??
還不是只能開開罰單~~~ 要逮捕還是得要會同警察
要是警察到達之前 人跑了.... 動保員根本就沒輒.....
基本上成立啥動保司只是多一個來浪費納稅人稅金的機構而已.....
