文章裡面是說每個月出租的租金 減掉 房貸 大概還可以獲利 3000 元啦~~
不然真的就是自己住就好.....
不過文章裡面沒提到 那位女生繳的房貸是否還在寬限期??
如果過了寬限期 每月房貸該繳多少??
而且這樣少的獲利~~一旦房貸利率調升....馬上就被吃掉了.....
