台灣能好好跑步的地方很少很少..
國中小跑道只有200m,空氣也不好,
鄉下呢,噴農藥 燒東西, 都市呢 一堆車...
你想想,跑步要出現效果至少要出汗,
大口呼吸的時候,一台噴廢氣的老車開過去,
當場你那天就白跑了..破功.  ..
更別說聞到農藥了 
跑步要持久才有用的,
一跑就是一輩子 .
我只能到體育場跑才覺得有達到效果.
我家離體育場又蠻遠的,  |
我個人反而不喜歡去體育場跑....很枯燥......
我都跑我家附近的公園或是河堤步道~~ 最近幾乎都跑河堤步道~~~
不用擔心汽車的問題~~ 重點是有時還可以遇到外國正妹....
不過那些外國正妹都跑超快的....追都追不上....
((追不上就更別說拍照了~~所以沒有照片~  ))
