照基本工資給薪只不過沒違法而已
企業常要用低薪的工資要人家在惡劣環境工作
這也算的壓榨
角色對換,換我用22k請他去工廠做工,看他要不要
有些企業利潤就很高,規模也不大,只想把賺的填飽自己口袋
這就是呆丸老闆的心態
沒有找不到人的工作,只有願不願意給
二十年前在秋節前有聽過,地下爆竹工廠一天三千
這種隨時可能轟一聲變平地都有人敢去了

的確沒錯。。。。現在市場也是反應為招不到人。薪資與環境的C/P不夠高，人寧願願去搖泡沫紅茶。如果22K他請得到，那就是願打願挨~~~
