爭論點已經變成了,台灣薪資低是因為老闆壓榨,還是企業競爭力低的二分法。

其實也不是老闆壓榨,因為它也是照最低工資給薪。當然責任制與影響政府政策那就是另一議題。
競爭力才是最大的問題。試想,如果低與高薪資的差異如澳洲那般低,那在台積或MTK或HTC那些工作的吸引力會大大下降,因為入這些行業的投資/風險/回報會不成正比。但如果要維持那購買力差異,那人力成本必然增加,那這就要接受市場考驗。維持這架構最快的方法就是壓低最低工資,讓上面的人願意撐著,否則會整個垮掉(找不到人做或產業被市場淘汰)。。。
