mpg檔如何轉成VCD或DVD檔呢?

有這種轉檔程式嗎?

你先搞清楚你的檔案是 mpeg I 還是 Mpeg II ?

如果是 Mpeg I 丟給 Nero 就可以幫你燒成 VCD 了~

如果你是要把影片燒在 DVD 上~~

那可以把影片丟給 TmpgEnc DVD author 處理~~

他會幫你編輯成 DVD 影片的格式~~

不過前提是要你的 Mpeg 檔符合標準影片格式~~

不過這兩種方法都不會讓原本是 VCD 畫質的 mpeg 檔變成 DVD 畫質....
