在PTT版上相關產業版時不時就可以看到
許多文章在談薪資或是公司水準什麼的...
逹成年薪百萬的好像人不少..
不太清楚這是正常行情??
或其實是"菁英"的特例??

並不是特例，很多替代役剛進起薪都有54-56K，起薪比較低的大公司是也有47K。只要到月數給的多的公司，領17-18個月就離百萬很近了。不用懷疑，之前在01也有講到新人起薪變高，到是很多工作數年的並沒什增漲。自己公司也是如此，如果不考慮分紅差異，3-4年經驗+只比新人多5-6K
