出國留學逐年減少 --> 因為投資報酬率不高. (背景要夠雄厚才能夠消耗)
以前很多都是出去工作讀書一起的, 很多都大學畢業了工作幾年才出去進修.
現在大多數都是從小在外面, 讀完了再回台灣找工作. (我也是這一類的)
當然有差別, 前者可是很拼的, 他們資金有限, 時間有限, 甚至有家庭負擔.
後者很輕鬆的, 讀書真的不難, 資金且不論, 時間很正常, 沒家庭負擔.
之前我在國外做一小時CAD 25, 回台灣月薪(最終回)是約7萬.

投資報酬率不高+1。
其實這樣下去是很糟糕，不要提留學生了，我看連本地學生都不願意投資專業了，最後就是全面性崩盤。當物價不斷逼迫基本工資上漲，這差距不斷縮小，大家最後都搖泡沫紅茶或到麥當勞打工。
