我認識的也差不多是這樣。留學生唸不太差的學校、大多四萬五以上。
我自己也是留日、日商在台灣薪水應該比美商低。前一陣子拿到在台灣的的內定是起薪四萬二、年薪16-18個月。但是整理算起來還是在日本其他公司的待遇比較好、後來辭退了。

說真的.....去唸不太差的學校還回來領那 45K ???
我朋友也去唸不太差的工科碩士~~~
碩士畢業就在美國找到工作~~而且公司還願意幫他辦綠卡~~
重點是一個月的薪水是 USD 5K ~~~
雖然要繳不少稅~~但是繳完之後算起來還是比台灣給的 NTD 45K 來得強....
所以我無法理解為何他們要回來台灣領那 NTD 45K ???
