在米國任何州拍攝警察執勤都 不是犯法的，是 米國憲法第一條保障的言論自由
州法不能大過憲法，所以之前阿諾州長要禁暴力電玩上架也被大法官擋下來了(同樣是第一條 出版自由)
結果你貼的連結裡的Washington D.C.壞警察不爽這樣判，用 收集證物的理由沒收相機
但是！這樣做其實也 可能違反了米國憲法第四條:
