其實這是普遍製造業國家為主的問題，如果看一下亞洲國家薪資的增長，便如日本與韓國這些技術領先的國家，成長都普遍比香港與新加坡之類的低上不少。照理說擁有技術應是有更高議價權，但是並沒有，反而是越來越低落。
