當過房東才知道
遇過房客租屋前誠墾老實，過程不斷尋問母親意見，孝順有佳~
租屋後發現它經濟好像有點問題，房租時常延繳，最後惡臉相向，跟當初完全不同
三不五時搞假出國的戲碼… 那幾個月真的很累，收房租好像是在當壞人
最後幸好它也早早徹離.. 大家一刀二斷乾乾淨淨...
契約？...真的不是那麼重要了....

那是因為很多房東想省稅金~~~不拿租約去公證....
才會有這類問題~~~~
不然公證過的租約~~ 只要房客遲交租金超過兩個月~~
就可以要求房客搬離了 ~~ 不搬離就可以要求法院強制執行~~
不需要跟房客打官司 而曠日廢時... 還損失無法出租的租金......
